Jolea Bryant, My Degree Counts, talks to Civic Commons

Jolea Bryant is the Program Director for My Degree Counts in Houston, TX. Jolea and her colleagues are working closely with  local institutions to compile data that supports the Talent Dividend work they are doing.

One of their primary initiatives is keeping college graduates in Houston, and Jolea feels there are countless reasons to stay in her great city. And the work they are doing to forge strong and lasting cross sector partnerships is impressive,

"It's been really easy to keep people at the table because we understand the significance of improving our college graduation rate for our region," Bryant says.
