Dayton, OH : Talent Dividend Work

At the end of the first year of the 20 by 20 Challenge -- an effort to create 20,000 internships by the year 2020 -- the Southwestern Ohio Consortium on Higher Education (SOCHE) saw a significant increase in the number of internships available in the region.

In Dayton, the question is not just how to increase graduation rates. It's also how to keep those degree-holders in Dayton after graduation day.
